The challenges are multi-task, single outcome, time-limited activities of moderate to high complexity.

Each challenge is chosen and designed to create the dynamics most relevant to each client. The challenges can be either highly structured (management positions, departments, defined roles, etc.) or loosely structured depending on the group's requirements.

Six two-hour indoor seminars. Topics include:
